Get off the couch.

I'm loving the Couch to 5k application for iPhone and iPod touch. It splits out the running schedule for you and plays alerts over your music to let you know when to start and stop running. Perfect for people like me who are too lazy to even work out how the running schedule works.

Now I just have to get back on it. I did a few sessions over Christmas but being back at work is painful. Is anyone else finding today to be worse than yesterday?

  5. Oh, I wish I had either of those two devices! I feel like I'm missing out. Congrats on getting to running. I'm not a runner, a cyclist yea, but not a runner. Hurts my knees!

  6. Maybe I'll try it, but I'm not sure there is an ap that could get me to run.

  7. You girls are obviously in better shape than me. I *have* to do some exercise this week. I tipped the scales at a new personal best this week, after Christmas followed by a week of eating cheese in Berlin. It's an emergency!

Went at lunch today and it was quite easy, actually. Do highly recommend this Couch to 5k thing!
